ACTIVITY PROGRAMMER

Hooverwood is a non-profit, 188 bed skilled nursing facility in Indianapolis.

Hooverwood is looking to fill a part time position in our Recreational Therapy Department.  We are looking for someone to work approximately 20 hours a week in our Adult Day Care Program and our Activity Department.

REGISTERED NURSE -UNIT MANAGER

Hooverwood is a non-profit, 188 bed skilled nursing facility in Indianapolis.  We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to manage and oversee all aspects of a nursing unit.

This individual must have at least one year experience in a long term care setting and supervisory experience.  The successful candidate, in additions to a valid license from the State of Indiana, will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of required documentation and the MDS, experience with care plans, staff supervision, skilled nursing, and dementia care.  This individual must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.  General computer knowledge is required.  Our residents are our top priority so providing the highest level of care is an essential aspect of working for the Hooverwood family.

This position is a salaried, full time, day shift position and provides excellent benefits.  Flexible schedule with every other weekend required.
